And they will be based on Ayeyawaddy
River. The hotels will be catered to foreign visitors. One of them is
said to be a two-star three-story floating hotel, located near Mayangyan

They are expected to be completed before the 27th SEA Games to be hosted by the country.
"One of them, Karaweik-shaped will be
completed in time for the Games and installed an engine to be able to
move around. It will start its daily sightseeing trip to Mingun and
Shwekyatyet at 2pm and come back to its base at 7pm. If requested by
foreign tourists, a sightseeing trip to see Ayeyarwaddy dolphins will
also be arranged," said the hotel owner Tun Tun.
The construction of the Karaweik-shaped
hotel has been under way since March this year and now 70 percent
completed. The two-star hotel project was launched in December last year
and it will not be mobile. It will include 40 double rooms, four family
rooms and two special guest rooms.
