Myanmar exports mangos to China via border

Myanmar has exported over 10,000 tonnes of mangos to China via Muse 105 Trading Zone and the Chin Shwe Haw border Trading Zone in three week interval in May.


Chinese like many kinds of Myanmar mangos, especially Sein Ta Lone and Yin Kwe.

Myanmar exported 2157 tonnes of mangos in first week of May. Myanmar exported 3737 tonnes of mangos through Muse trading zone and 7 tonnes of mangos via Chin Shwe Haw in second week of May and has earned over US$1 million. In third week, Myanmar exported 4200 tonnes of mangos and has over US$1 million.

Myanmar has earned US$600-700 for one ton of mangos and exports them via Muse, Northern Shan State from Kyauk Sae, Sint Kaing and Pathein Kyi in Mandalay region.

Myanmar has exported 10,504 tonnes of mangos between April 1 and May 17 in this fiscal year and earned US$3.4 million. China is a buyer for Myanmar mangos and Singapore and Malaysia also bought them.
