The Livestock and Fisheries Development Bank is planning to increase its capital investment to 70 billion kyats which will be the double amount of current capital, the bank's director Kyaw Lwin said.
"A share sold with the price of 500,000 kyats and the bank is increasing the capital to sell more shares," he added.
The bank will also change its name to
Myanmar Yadana Bank on June 25. A total of deposit cash was 2.36 billion
kyats in fiscal years 1999-2000 according to the record. However it has
reached to 36.75 in 2012-13.
"Critic says our bank is showing loss
which is not true and actually we even share the revenue with our
shareholders more than the other banks did. We are expecting to increase
25% of revenue for our shareholders this fiscal year," the director
told the Eleven Media.
The bank was established in 1994 and it
is now operating with 60 branch offices in the country. It is planning
to open more offices as well.
