Burma’s international flag carrier airline, Myanmar Airways
International (MAI), is looking to help local entrepreneurs and
companies to use private jets to fly into and out of Rangoon’s airport,
according to a statement Monday. MAI said it held a ceremony on Sept. 5
to present the Gulfstream Business Jet G450 to businesses who may wish
to buy or rent such jets, with MAI offering services and access to its
facilities at the airport. “In fact, MAI is now discussing upon offering
any related services and maintenances of those buyers and borrowers
needs and wants,” the statement said.
