Universities from Myanmar and Thailand participated in Dual Education Fair held at Diamond Jubilee Hall, Yangon University on Thursday.

Burapha University, Chaing Mai University, Chulalongkorn University,
Kasetsart University, Khon Kaen University, Mae Fah Luang University,
Mahasarakham University, Mahidol University, Naresuan University, Prince
of Songkla University, Rajamangala University of Technology,
Ramkhamhaeng University, Silpakorn University, Srinakharinwirot
University, Suranaree University of Technology, Suratthani Rajabhat
University, Thammasat University, Walailak University and 47
universities from Myanmar participated in the fair and discussed the
higher education sector.
“The fair is a collaboration between
Myanmar and Thailand in higher education. The objective is to draw work
plans for establishing Asean Community 2015. We plan to exchange
information about higher education in our two countries,” said Dr. Zaw
Myint, Deputy Director General of Higher Education (Lower Myanmar).
Representatives from Thailand
universities and Myanmar universities attended the fair and eight
educative showrooms about Higher Education of Myanmar were displayed.
