The details of the talks were not immediately available.
Pritzker arrived in Naypyitaw Thursday morning on the last leg of her three-nation tour joining a delegation of U.S. CEOs and the U.S.-ASEAN Business Council to three Southeast Asian countries. She earlier visited Vietnam and the Philippines.
Pritzker will meet people from civic groups and the business community in Yangon on Friday before heading back to the United States in the evening.
