Eleven Media introduces news mobile app

YANGON—Eleven Media Group (EMG) yesterday introduced Eleven iSnap, a mobile application that offers a digital version of The Daily Eleven’s news.

In a launch ceremony at the Sedona Hotel, EMG held a presentation about the company outlining its publications, its connection with international media organizations, its international awards, and how it has reached the stage of offering digital media. Following the presentation, EMG introduced its newly launched Eleven iSnap to an audience of more than 300 business people, representatives of different organisations, technology firms, government officials, artists, and journalists.


Pana Janviroj, president of Thailand’s Nation News Network Co Ltd, which has entered a joint venture with EMG to run a daily English newspaper in Myanmar, shared their experience in transforming Nation Media Group to Nation Multi Media Group.

Justin Tan, director of Singapore’s Knorex Company, explained the functions of Eleven Media’s Mobile Application iSnap and its usefulness for news and advertisements.

Than Htut Aung, EMG’s chairman and chief executive officer, delivered words of thanks.
