There are four members in the Erik Truffaz Quartet band. The band has been touring various countries. They are made up of Erik Truffaz (Trumpet) Erbetta (Drum), Christepte Chambert (Bass) and Benort Corboz (Piano).
Together with that band, Hain Tin Myanmar traditional music troupe (Sai) entertained the guests with separate entertainment as well as joint entertainment.
The Jazz Bliss was jointly organized by Frendh cultural Department and Goethe Institute based in Yangon.
The Erik Truffaz Quartet band Myanmar’s visit is the very first for them and they are plan to tour Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos and India after Myanmar.
Goethe Institute has started Jazz Bliss together with Myanmar Sai since 2010. Hain Tint Myanmar traditional music troupe (Sai) has also entertained with musicians from Germany, France, Italy, Israel, and United States. Moreover, they also visited Germany, Netherlands, and Denmark since 2011.
